A professional entertainer from an early age, Daryl Taylor-Hazel is originally from Evansville, Indiana, where he was also Music Director for Bethany Christian (Disciples of Christ) Church on Columbia Street. Daryl has sung, danced, acted, written and/or directed in much of America including Hawaii and spent six years as a performer at Opryland Theme Park in Nashville, Tennessee. After a tour of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s 'South Pacific', he moved to New York City.
 
In the 1980’s, Daryl moved to Florida and became Ringmaster, then Writer/Director for Circus World Theme Park. He has also worked at SeaWorld, all three parks at Walt Disney World and both parks at Universal Studios. During the 1990’s he was 'Ambassador of Song' at Rosie O’Grady’s in Church Street Station.
 
Daryl lives in Clermont with Todd, his Civil Union Partner, their sons, Maxwell and Benjamin, and Daryl’s mother, Janie Hazel. He is very happy to be part of the Pilgrims’ family. He is a member of the UCC Musicians National Network.
